Nice house,156 m2, along the banks of the Moraca river, on the outskirts of Podgorica, on a plot of 2156 m2, in Montenegro.

 Construction was carried out according to the project and under proper control.

The structure of the house:

• Living room, dining room and kitchen make up one space.
• From the living room two steps lead to the study or bedroom with a loggia.
• Living room and dining room open onto a large covered terrace.
• Through a small corridor, three steps lead to two bedrooms with a bathroom between them.
• The house also has a small toilet and storage room at the entrance with a large corridor.

The roof of the house is concrete, with all the necessary insulation, tiled on top. The ceilings are high and sloping, the height depends on the room and level - in the living room about 4 m, in the sleeping rooms lower.

The house is heated with a wood stove and cooled by air conditioner. The house is easily warmed up in the winter, and in the summer often there is no need for the conditioner.

Incomplete work: terraces are not tiled, there is no sanitary equipment in a small toilet,new windows must be installed.

The plot has a rectangular shape. There was an old object on the plot that was demolished after it was already drawn in the plan (DUP). So it is possible to build another house on this site.

The plot is not fenced or cultivated. Gravel driveway.

The distance to the center of Podgorica is 3.5 km.
